    Spicy Chicken Linguine

    List of Ingredients

    1/4 cup butter or margarine
    3 tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. pepper
    2½ cups milk
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 cup grated parmesan
    12 ounces uncooked linguine
    3 cups diced cooked chicken
    1 (4oz) can diced green chiles

    Recipe

    Melt butter in a saucepan; add flour, garlic powder & pepper, blending until smooth. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Reduce heat; add cream cheese and parmesan cheese. Cook and stir for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Meanwhile, cook linguine according to package directions. add chicken and chilies to cheese sauce; cook 5 minutes longer or until heated through. drain linguine; top with chicken mixture.
