    I always make extra sauce and serve the chicken over rice with the sauce.

    List of Ingredients




    boneless/skinless chicken breasts, cut in nugget-size pieces
    breading for chicken (crumbs & sesame seed)
    1 small-to-medium onion, diced
    3/4 c. water
    3/4 cup ketchup
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup soy sauce

    Recipe



    Bread the chicken nuggets, put in baking pan and put in oven on 350*-400*. (doesn't have to be preheated)

    Meanwhile, saute onion and then when it starts turning golden, add water, ketchup, brown sugar and soy sauce. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer a couple minutes, Then take the pan of chicken out of the oven, pour the sauce over and bake till the chicken is done.
