1 head lettuce, chopped up
1 bunch of green leaf lettuce, chopped up
3-4 bunches of scallion onions, chopped
Poppy seeds (if desired) to taste
shredded cooked chicken
1 can of chow mein noodles
Dressing:
4 T Vinegar
1/2 t pepper
1 tsp. salt
4 T sugar
1/2 cup oil
Recipe
Combine dressing ingredients & mix well.
Line each plate with chopped lettuce, place a serving of chicken on lettuce and sprinkle with scallions & poppy seeds. Spoon dressing over, and garnish with chow mein noodles.
