Cornbread Salad for 4

List of Ingredients
1 cup cornbread, coarsely crumbled
1 8 3/4 oz. can canned whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
1/2 cup broccoli, chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup tomato, seeded and chopped
1/2 cup peppercorn ranch salad dressing.
salt and pepper, to taste
Recipe
1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
2. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours.
3. Serve on lettuce-lined plates, if desired.
