List of Ingredients
3/4 C White Vinegar
3/4 C Water
3/4 C Sugar
1 4 Inch Cinnamon Stick
1 12 Oz Pkg Frozen Or Fresh Cranberries
Recipe
In a saucepan, bring all ingredients to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 mins or until cranberries burst. Cool. Strain thru a fine sieve into a bottle or jar. Seal tightly. Chill until ready to use in your favorite oil and vinegar dressing. Makes 1 1/2 cups
NOTES : Serve on a bed on baby lettuce greens.
