Cucumber Noodle Salad

1 - lb. box rotini noodles
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. water
3/4 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 T. seasoned salt
1 T. parsley flakes
1 tsp. black pepper
1 T. prepared mustard
3 medium cucumbers, peeled and sliced
1 pint grape tomatoes
1 pkg. feta cheeseRecipe
Cook noodles until done. Rinse cooked noodles with cold water. While noodles are cooking, whisk together the sugar, water, vinegar, salt, seasoned salt, parsley flakes, pepper and mustard. Pour dressing over cooked, drained noodles. Add bit-sized chucks of cucumber and grape tomatoes, sliced in half. Stir to combine.
Refrigerate several hours before serving to let flavors combine. Stir in feta cheese immediately before serving.
