    List of Ingredients




    3 or 4 cups rotini, cooked & drained
    1 lb. asparagus, trim tough ends; slice abt 1/2" pieces
    1 bunch scallions, thinly sliced
    5 or 6 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 - 1/2 cup pine nuts, toasted & chopped if desired
    3 or 4 tbsp. fresh finely chopped basil
    1/2 - 3/4 cup grated fresh parmesan
    olive oil as needed for light dressing
    salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste


    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients and chill to marry the flavors,2-4 hours. Store in fridge.
