    List of Ingredients




    1 bag (about 16 ounces) frozen shelled edamame beans
    1/4 cup seasoned sushi rice vinegar
    1 tablespoon light oil
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    1 Granny Smith apple, cut into 1/4 inch dice
    ( 8 ounces of Jicima, or radish can be substituted)
    1/2 - 1 cup lightly packed chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

    Recipe



    Mix the oil, vinegar and seasonings in a large bowl. Add the edamame, apples or veggies of choice and cilantro and toss to coat.
