List of Ingredients

2 C mayo
1 T minced garlic {or more LOL!!}
1/2 C red wine vinegar
1 tsp dried oregano
3 T olive oil {I use extra virgin}
2 C crumbled feta cheese


Recipe

Combine all ingred’s except feta in a bowl & blend well. Crumble feta & add to mix. Refrigerate in a covered jar.

NOTE: All ingred’s EXCEPT feta can be place in a blender or processor & creamed until smooth. Add feta & refrigerate.
Yield: 1 qt
