Ginger Dressing

1/4 C Rice Wine Vinegar
1/4 C Peanut Oil
1/4 C Soy Sauce
1/4 C Hoisin Sauce
1 Tbsp Fresh Ginger Root -- Grated
1/2 Tsp Sugar
1/2 Tsp Dry Mustard
1/4 Tsp Five Spice Powder
1/2 Tsp Garlic -- Minced
1/4 Tsp Chili Oil
Recipe
Combine all ingredients; let stand at room temperature 2-4 hours. Pour dressing through a fine wire mesh strainer into a jar, discarding ginger and garlic. Makes 1 cup.
