Greek Mint Dressing

Recipe Introduction
It reminds me of a mint chutney I had in an Indian restaurant once. I plan to try it on a cold pasta, salad type dish soon. This is so good, I know there are other uses for it!
List of Ingredients
3 Tbs Fresh Mint (minced)
3 Tbs fresh Basil (minced)
2 Tbs fresh lemon juice
1 Tbs red wine vinegar
1/2 t minced garlic (I used more)
1/4 t salt and pepper or to taste
Recipe
Combine and place in fridge to set flavors for an hour or two. Excellent on Greek salad veggies (drizzled over the salad or served as a dip), like tomatoes, cucumbers, green, yellow, or red peppers, and chunks of feta cheese.
