1 (16 oz.) pkg. shell macaroni, cooked and drained
1/2 c. jalapeno juice
1 pt. mayonnaise
2 tsp. garlic powder
5-6 fresh jalapeno peppers, sliced
3-4 green onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Chill overnight. Stir well before serving.
