1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup white vinegar
2 egg yolks, beaten until light
Recipe
Combine sugar, cornstarch & salt; blend with pineapple juice & vinegar; add to egg yolks. Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Refrigerate.
