1/2 Lb Small Red Potatoes -- Quartered
1/2 Lb Fresh Green Beans -- cut in 2" pieces
2 Tbsp Red Onion -- Finely Chopped
1/2 Tsp Sugar
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 1/4 Tsp Oregano
1 Clove Garlic -- Minced
2 Tbsp White Wine Vinegar
2 Tsp Olive Oil
1/4 C Feta Cheese
Recipe
In large saucepan combine potatoes and beans and 2 cups water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium; cook 10-12 minutes or until tender. Drain; rinse with cold water to cool. Drain well.
Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine all remaining ingredients except feta cheese; mix well.
Just before serving, place in serving bowl. Add vinegar mixture; toss to coat, sprinkle with feta and serve.
