1 sm can sauerkraut, drained and cut fine
1 c. minced onion
1 c. finely cut celey
1/2 c. green pepper, cut fine
1 sm jar pimiento, cut fine
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. vinegar

Mix and refrigerate at least 2 hrs. The longer, the better. Will keep a week or longer.
