8 cups iceberg lettuce, shredded
5 cups spinach, shredded
4 cups red cabbage, shredded
3 cups green cabbage, shredded
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup honey
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
1. In a large bowl, toss first four ingredients.
2. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
3. Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat.
NOTE: For overnight storage, mix the dressing in small storage bowl (about 4 oz) and tuck the container with a lid on it into the slaw. Tossed it at the last minute.
