Dice fresh ripe tomatoes into bite-size chunks. Wash well, and thinly slice one or two leeks, using the tender inside part of the green stems too - for color. Combine tomatoes & leeks with a drizzle of Italian dressing & a sprinkling of finely chopped basil. Chill before serving.
