3/4 C olive oil
1/4 C Lime Juice
2 Tbsp Fresh Chopped Chives
1 Minced Shallot
2 Cloves Garlic -- Crushed
1 Tbsp Fresh Chopped Parsley
1 Tbsp Capers
1 Tsp Thyme
1/2 Chili -- Seeded And Minced
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
2-3 Tbsp Boiling Water
Recipe
Put all ingredients, except boiling water into a blender. Blend at medium speed until well blended, slowly add 1 or 2 T water to desired taste and consistency.
