Chicken burgers w/herbed cheese

List of Ingredients
2 lb. ground chicken
1 5.2 oz package cheese w/garlic & herbs (such as Boursin)
1/2 c. minced red onion
1 egg white
1/2 c. plain breadcrumbs
1 t. salt
1/2 t. fresh ground pepper
1 T. olive oil
6 buns (toasted)Recipe
Combine ground chicken, cheese, red onion, egg white, breadcrumbs, salt & pepper in a large bowl; knead mixture with your hands until it is smooth and well-blended, then form into 6 4-inch patties.
Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; add patties and cook, turning occasionally, until patties are well browned and cooked through, 20 minutes.
Serve burgers on buns with lettuce, tomato slices, and onion slices.
My Bunifications: I couldn't find ground chicken, so I used ground turkey instead. Also couldn't find the regular Boursin, so I used the light Boursin -- it comes in a smaller package, though. Also didn't add the red onion because my little person doesn't always care for onion, but I think it would have made the burgers even better. We'll definitely make this again.
