Honey 4 cloves garlic, peeled 1/8 teas. salt Toast or crusty French breadRecipe Peel and quarter onions. In a large bowl stir together oil and honey. Add onions and garlic, stirring to coat. Transfer mixture to a greased 2 Quart square dish. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 30-40 mins., stirring occasionally. Remove from oven and cool. Place in food processor or blender and add salt. Blend till smooth. Makes about 1/2 C May store leftovers in the refrigerator up to a week.
