1 - 1� lbs. hamburger
� - � tsp. ground cumin
� - � tsp. paprika
� - � tsp. chili powder
� - � tsp. black pepper
� - � tsp. salt
dash of cayenne, or to taste

Recipe



Mix spices into meat thoroughly. Shape into 3 - 4 patties for hamburger steaks; 6 - 8 patties for burgers. Cook on grill or griddle until done. Top with saut�ed mushrooms & crumbled bleu cheese if desired.

NOTE: For spicier mix, use the larger spice measurement with the smaller meat quantity.
