    List of Ingredients




    2 T butter
    2 squares best quality unsweetened chocolate (1 oz each)
    1/3 cup best quality unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/2 cup sugar
    4 tsp instant coffee granules
    2 tsp cornstarch
    1 cup dark corn syrup
    1/2 cup half and half
    2 T Kahlua
    2 t vanilla extract

    Recipe



    Combine butter and choloclate in a saucepan; cook over low heat until chocolate melts, stirring occasionally. Combine cocoa, sugar, coffee granules and cornstarch in a bowl; add corn syrup and half and half and stir with a whisk till blended. Add cocoa mixture to the saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat; cook one minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in Kahlua and vanilla.
