    List of Ingredients

1-1/2 pounds fresh green beans, trimmed
    6 bacon strips, diced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 tablespoons cider vinegar
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted

    Recipe

Place beans in a saucepan and cover with water; bring to a boil. Cook, uncovered, for 8-10 minutes or until crisp-tender.

Meanwhile, in a skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove to paper towels; drain, reserving 1 tablespoon drippings.

Saute onion in the drippings under tender. Stir in vinegar, salt and pepper.

Drain beans; place in a large serving bowl. Stir in the onion mixture and bacon. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
