    List of Ingredients




    1 pound shelled pecans
    1 egg white
    1 teaspoon cold water
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

    Recipe



    Beat egg white and water until frothy, but not stiff. Add nuts. Mix until nuts are coated.

    Mix sugar, salt, and cinnamon in another bowl. Add nuts and mix throughly.

    Spread on a buttered jelly roll pan.

    Bake at 225 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes with a wooden spoon.

    Cool on waxed paper.

    Store in air-tight container.
