    Crockpot Vegetable Beef Soup

    List of Ingredients

    1 lb lean boneless chuck cut into 3/4" pieces
    1 tablespoon oil
    4 cups water
    1 14.5 can diced tomatoes, undrained
    2 cups frozen mixed veggies
    2 cups frozen hash browns, or 2 medium taters peeled and chopped
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
    1 clove minced garlic or 1/8 teaspoon powder
    1/8 teaspoon black pepper

    Recipe

    Brown beef peices in a large skillet in oil. Drain off fat. Add beef to crock and combine with remaining ingredients

    Cover and cook 8-10 hours on low or 4-5 hours on high.
