    List of Ingredients

1 can chow mein noodles (dry)
    6-8 oz chocolate chips
    6-8 oz butterscotch chips

    Recipe

Using a double boiler over medium heat, melt the chocolate chips and the butterscotch chips together, stirring until smooth.

Remove from heat and stir in chow mein noodles, making sure to coat evenly, and also being careful not to break too many noodles.

Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper, trying to make as spidery a shape for each cookie as possible.

Cool on the waxed paper and store in airtight container. Keeps only a few days; a little longer in the refrigerator.

This recipe can be doubled very easily.
