List of Ingredients

1 C Sugar
4 egg whites
3 feet parchment paper
1 pkg. holiday M&M's


Recipe

Preheat oven to 250.

Combine sugar and egg whites, beat until stiff peaks form. Spoon mounds of the mixture onto 2 cookie sheets lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle M&M on top of cookies.

Bake for about 1 hour. Test by turning over and tapping the bottoms, they should be hard and sound hollow.

"Once upon a time my Grandma made these and called them nightie nights. Hers had chocolate chips instead of the M&Ms. I recently saw a recipe for these made with crushed candy canes instead of the M&Ms too."
