Caesar Green Beens

List of Ingredients
2 (15 ounce) cans green beans, drained
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons vegetable oil or bacon grease
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup (1 ounce) freshly grated Parmesan cheeseRecipe
Combine beans, onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, oil or bacon grease, butter and vinegar, mixing well. Add bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese, tossing to mix.
Spread mixture in buttered 2-quart casserole.
Bake at 350-degrees for 40 minutes.
Serves 6.
