Cider Baked Squash

List of Ingredients
2 medium acorn squash
1/2 cup apple cider or apple juice
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/8 tsp. cinnamon Recipe
Slice squash into 1 inch thick rings and remove seeds. Place in a large shallow baking pan. Pour cider over the squash. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over top. Cover with foil and bake at 325 for 45 minutes, or until tender. 6 servings.
