    List of Ingredients




    2 10-oz. pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
    1 10-oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1/2 cup water
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
    1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 cup low-fat milk
    salt/pepper to taste
    1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs

    Recipe



    Warm spinach & broccoli in water until thawed but not cooked. Add remaining ingredients except bread crumbs. Place in large casserole dish and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 350°.

    Makes 12 half-cup servings at about 85 calories per serving.
