Potato-Spinach Casserole

6-8 large potatoes,cooked, peeled and mashed
1 c. sour cream
2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
2 T. chopped chives or green onion tops
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & well drained
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Recipe
In large bowl, combine all ingredients, except cheese. Spoon into greased 2qt. casserole. Bake uncovered at 400° for 15 min. Top with cheese and bake 5 min. longer.
Serves 6-8
