List of Ingredients

2 medium zucchini sliced
1 small onion diced
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup diluted with 1/2 can of water


Recipe

Layer ingredients as listed in a greased 8 by 8 pan. Pour soup mixture over the veggies.

Cover with foil and bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
