    1 1/2 pounds hash browns, frozen -- thawed
    1 bacon
    6 eggs, beaten
    1/2 cup Velveeta, shredded
    1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
    10 1/2 ounces cream of potato soup
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper

    Recipe



    Preheat the oven to 350.

    Fry the bacon and crumble. In the same skillet, cook the hash browns and onion till brown and crisp. Mix in a 13x9 pan.

    Sprinkle the cheeses over this; pour the soup over the top, then the eggs; sprinkle the salt and pepper.

    Bake 30-40 minutes until lightly browned
