    Meat & mushroom green bean casserole

    List of Ingredients

    1 lb ground pork
    1 lb baby portobello mushrooms, sliced
    1 Small onion, diced
    4 Cloves garlic, minced
    2 cans Cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c Milk
    1 T Soy sauce
    1 tsp Seasoned salt
    2 cans French cut green beans, drained
    6 oz French fried onions

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 350. Spray 9x13 baking dish with non-stick spray.

    Mix soup, milk, soy sauce and seasoned salt in a very large bowl.

    In skillet brown pork, drain well and combine with soup mixture.

    Sautee mushrooms and onion until onions are nearly translucent, add garlic and cook a few minutes longer.

    Add mushrooms and onion to meat and soup combo.

    Stir in beans until all is evenly mixed.

    Pour half the mixture into baking dish, add half the french fried onions, pour in remaining mixture and bake for 30 minutes. Add remaining onions, bake for 5 minutes.
