    Crockpot Zucchini Chicken Pasta

    List of Ingredients




    6 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
    2 medium zucchini, diced
    1 large onion, diced
    4 cloves minced garlic
    2 cans stewed tomatoes
    1 C chicken broth
    1/2 C flour
    1 t salt
    1/2 t pepper
    1/4 t crushed red pepper
    1 t basil
    1 t parsley
    2 T olive oil
    1/2 C grated Romano cheese
    1 c shredded mozzarella cheese
    1 lb pasta, prepared, slightly undercooked

    Recipe



    Mix salt and pepper with flour. Dredge chicken pieces in flour mixture; saute in olive oil until brown; remove from pan. Saute onion in same pan until tender. In crockpot, stir remaining flour mixture into tomatoes. Mix in chicken, onions, garlic, broth, basil and parsley. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. In the last hour, mix in the pasta and the cheeses
