    White Chocolate Macadamia Mousse

    1 package (6 oz) white baking bars
    2 tbsp milk
    1 cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts
    1 container (12 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
    Raspberry Sauce
    8 to 10 chopped macadamia nuts, for garnish
    6 to 8 fresh or thawed, frozen raspberries, for garnish

    In a medium saucepan, combine baking bars and milk and cook over low heat unti lthe bars melt and the mixture is smooth, stirring constantly. Place in a medium bowl and stir in the 1 cup nuts. Let the mixture cool 5 minutes. Gradually add whipped topping, stirring until well blended.

    Spoon the mixture into stemmed glasses, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

    Drizzle the tops with raspberry sauce and garnish with chopped macadamia nuts and raspberries.
