Grilled Steak with Tex-Mex Pasta

1 (7 oz) pkg uncooked linguine
1 tbsp butter
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 lb (3/4-inch thick) boneless sirloin steak, cut into 4 pieces
1/2 cup nacho cheese dip
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can black beans, rinsed, drained
1/2 cup roasted red pepper, cut into stripsRecipe
Heat gas grill on medium or heat charcoal grill until coals are ash white. Meanwhile, cook linguine according to package directions. Drain; keep warm.
In small bowl combine garlic butter, pepper and chili powder.
Place steak on grill. Grill, turning once and brushing occasionally with butter mixture, until medium-rare (13 to 15 minutes).
In 12-inch skillet combine cheese dip and sour cream; add hot cooked pasta, beans and red pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted. Serve pasta with steak.
