    List of Ingredients




    1 pound lean ground beef
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 tbsp dehydrated vegetable flakes (onions, carrots, tomatoes, celery, and/or bell peppers)
    1/2 tsp dry mustard
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 cup garlic and herb marinade/sauce
    1 jar (4 1/2 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained

    Recipe



    In a medium bowl, combine ground beef, garlic, vegetable flakes, mustard and salt. Shape the mixture into 4 oval patties, each about 1/2 inch thick.

    Lightly coat a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add the patties and cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until browned. Add marinade/sauce and mushrooms.

    Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer 8 to 10 minutes, or until the beef patties are no longer pink in the center.

    273 calories; 18 g fat; 72 mg cholesterol, 779 mg sodium, 6 g carbs, 1 g fiber, 21 g protein
