    Meatballs

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
    • 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
    • 1 cup Romano cheese, freshly grated
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/4 cup milk
    • 1 tsp Lawry's season salt
    • 1 tsp basil


    Instructions


    1. Place all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well with hands; shape into 24 balls.

    2. Brown in pan, making sure to keep a thin layer of water on the bottom of the pan at all times to keep from burning.

    3. Place meatballs in spaghetti sauce to finish cooking, about 1 hour over low heat.
