    1 round steak
    1 pkg beef and mushroom soup mix
    potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch slices
    carrots, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
    salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    On aluminum foil sprinkle a little of the soup mix. Place steak on foil, salt and pepper steak. Place potatoes and carrots on top of steak and sprinkle the remaining soup mix on top of the potatoes. Wrap in aluminum foil, place on cookie sheet and put in oven.

    Bake for 1 hour at 425 degrees.
