Mexican Beef Noodle Skillet Supper

1 lb ground beef
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup salsa
1 can condensed tomato soup
3 oz (3 cups) uncooked medium egg noodles
1/2 cup sour cream
4 oz (1 cup) cheddar cheese, shreddedRecipe
In 10-inch skillet cook ground beef over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned. Drain off fat.
Reduce heat to low. Stir in water, salsa, soup and noodles. Cover; cook, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender.
Stir in sour cream and cheese. Cover; let stand 5 minutes before serving.
