    1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
    1/4 cup cocoa powder
    1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    2 cups graham cracker crumbs
    1-1/2 cups chopped walnuts
    1 cup flaked coconut
    1-1/2 cups butter or margarine, melted
    3 tablespoons creme de menthe
    2 teaspoons instant vanilla pudding mix
    2 cups confectioners' sugar
    1/4 cup butter or margarine
    1 cup semisweet chocolate morsels

    Lightly spray a 13x9-inch baking pan with non-stick vegetable spray.

    In a large saucepan, combine 1/2 cup butter and cocoa powder; cook, stirring frequently, until butter is melted and mixture is smooth. Add � cup confectioners' sugar, egg, vanilla, cracker crumbs, walnuts, and coconut. Spread evenly in prepared baking pan. Refrigerate.

    In a medium bowl, combine 1-1/2 cups melted butter, creme de menthe, pudding mix, and 2 cups confectioners' sugar; beat until smooth. Spread over prepared crust. Refrigerate until set.

    In a small saucepan, combine remaining butter and chocolate morsels; cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is melted and smooth. Spread over the top of the cookies. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into bars.
