    An old easy stand-by recipe.

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/4 cup uncooked rice (not minute rice)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 soup can milk
    1/4 lb. butter, melted
    1/2 cup dry sherry
    3 oz. shaved almonds
    3 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
    8 boneless skinless chicken breasts

    Recipe



    Mix soups, butter sherry and milk. Place rice in the bottom of a large greased casserole so the chicken breasts can be placed side by side.
    Pour 1 cup of soup mix over rice. Blend.
    Place chicken breasts over rice. Pour soup mixture over raw chicken.
    Cover with foil.
    Cook 2 hours at 275º
    Remove foil. Sprinkle almonds and grated cheese on top.
    Return to oven and cook half hour more.
    Serves 8
