List of Ingredients
3 eggs
1 cup fat-free half and half milk
1 cup Splenda®
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
sliced peaches, sliced apples or rhubarb
1 pie shell -- unbaked
Recipe
Combine ingredients. Cover bottom of pieshell with favorite fruit. Fill pie shell with mixture and bake at 375ºF. for about 1 hour.
This pie can be made without fruit. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Yield: 1 9" pie
