List of Ingredients

3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 ½ tsp baking soda
2 ½ tsp hot water
2 ripe bananas
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup water
2 ½ cup flour
¾ cup pecan pieces (optional)


Recipe

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Beat eggs and sugar together. Add oil and mix well. Mix baking soda and hot water together, then add to mixture. Cut bananas and mix in well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake for 1 hour in bundt pan or 40-45 minutes in 3 regular size loaf tins.
