1 medium-large onion, finely chopped
1½ Tablespoon flour
1½ TBS margarine, melted
½ cup non-dairy creamer
½ cup mayonnaise
3 eggs
1 packet onion soup mix
Garlic, to taste
Pepper, to taste
2 boxes chopped broccoli, defrosted
Seasoned bread crumbs
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl, mix chopped onion, flour, and margarine. Add each of the next 7 ingredients one at a time, mixing well after each. In a greased, square pan, sprinkle breadcrumbs on the bot of the pan, pour in mixture, then sprinkle more breadcrumbs on top. Bake for 50-60 minutes.
