Tomatoes
Mozzarella
Fresh basil
Extra virgin olive oil

Chiffonade basil ( Stack the leaves one on top of the other and roll tightly into a cylinder. Slice the cylinders of leaves crosswise into thin strips)
Slice tomatoes and Mozzarella
On a round serving tray, alternate slice of tomato, cheese and spray of chopped basil. Drizzle with a little oil.
Keep spiral going around the tray.
