Sue's gourmet cooking was one of the first memories I have from the year we started working together at CDU. I remember her rraising basil and making pesto; I remember her baking Spanikoita for the St. Patrick's Day bake sale we put on. And I remember her recipe she gave me for red beans and rice. We sat in the conference room at lunch time as she ate the healthiest lunches. She has her health back. When she said she was putting it on herself and the fare was from the Dinosaur I offered to do side dishes as my first memories of meeting. I picked dishes I thought would compliment the pulled pork with some that were too irresistable to pass up.
