Enchiladas
List of Ingredients
3 lbs. ground beef
24 oz. tomato sauce
3 1/2 T chili powder
1 can refried beans
8 corn tortillas
2 1/2 cups tomato juice
1 1/2 cups chopped onions
1 can green chilies
1 1/2 ts. salt
1 can ripe olives, chopped
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 t. instant garlicRecipe
Saute meat, onions and garlic.
Combine drained meat and rest of ingredients except tortillas and cheese.
Place layer of meat mixture at bottom of crock pot.
Top with tortilla.
Sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese.
Repeat layers.
Pour tomato juice around edge. Cover
Cook on low heat 5-6 hours.
