Cheese Stuffed Lettuce Salad

List of Ingredients
1 med. head iceberg lettuce
1 1/4 oz. blue cheese
2 T mayonnaise
2 T minced green onion tops
1 pimento, minced
1/4 t pepper
1/3 t Worcestershire
dash tabasco Recipe
Hollow out heart of lettuce, leaving 1" shell. Beat cheese and mayo together until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Fill lettuce shell, wrap well and chill 1-2 hrs or until cheese is firm. Cut in crosswise slices about 3/4" thick. Serves 4-6
